live chat options on my own website

Dear developer.
I am trying to made a live chat option on the website just wondering how to do it on my own or if there are some template which already include the option? For example a customer log on the the site a live chat personnel see it and can greet with the customer and chat with he or she if needed.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

At present there is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.
