  Accounts with a plan upgrade have access to private support through email or live chat. Those details are outlined at wordpress.com/pricing/

  You will access this option the same way you wound up here in the forums via wordpress.com/help/contact/

  I see that you’ve added the Personal Plan to your account today, so you can give that link another try for chat support.
