Live Chat Plugin Feature Possible for Personal Account?

  I’m currently on the free version of wordpress. If I update to personal, will I be able to install a live chat plugin on my front page?

  Sadly, only sites with the Business Plan can upload custom plugins. However, all sites do get access to some plugins automatically.
