  Is this live chat support? I am a administrator for a wordpress site ‘stemxbank.com’ but I can’t find live chat support!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to add, Live Chat is available 24/5 and during limited hours on weekends. If available, you can access it via the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact If not available, your support request will be sent to Staff for follow up by email.

  You do need to be logged in to the username account that purchased the upgrade in order to access Live Chat.

  I still can’t find where to go to access live chat.. All I get sent to is where to send them an email..

  Hi aviatior,

  Live Chat support is available with paid plans. The account you are logged in to doesn’t own any paid plans, which is why you are having trouble accessing it.

  The plan for stemxbank.com is owned by another user of the site, stemxbank. They should be able to access Live Chat from this page in their account:

  https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  Please let me know if you need any further help.
