Add topic to favorites
This blog has a Business Plan. WP has locked out all access (can’t even change passwords). There is no apparent button anywhere which leads to Live Chat/Support. How do I access Live Support?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,

The current account and site you are contacting us from does not have a business plan connected to it. There was a business plan connected to this account two years ago that was quickly refunded. Do you have another account you have access to that may have the business plan connected to it?

Thank you for your response. This was all built by a developer a few years ago, who has since disappeared. It is one of the largest politics/religion blogs in the UK, and all access has been inexplicably denied. The downtime is catstrophic and embarrassing. It isn’t known at all why a Business Plan was paid for and refunded (isn’t that plan necessary for a bespoke-themed self-hosted WP blog?). Either way, some urgent assistance is required, please: the lock-down is by WP, and passwords can’t be changed. It isn’t at all clear why.
