  I’m thinking of getting the business plan and I want to know how fast is the live chat support? I personally use live chat a lot frequently and I prefer getting support within a few minutes. so I’m really worried what if the live chat takes longer to help me at the right time.

  Live chat support on WordPress.com is instant.

  We don’t use a queuing system, so if an operator is available you’ll be connected immediately. Otherwise you’ll get routed to our ticketing system instead to open a support ticket to which we typically reply within an hour or two for business plan customers.
