  I paid for a plan which includes live chat support but I can’t find it. Please let me know where I can get access to it.

   Live Chat is available 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday for customers with Annual Premium, Business, and eCommerce plans. Business and eCommerce plans have access to chat on Saturday and Sunday as well. If available, you can access it via the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact . If not available, your support request will be sent to Staff for follow-up by email.
