    Hi, I have a few questions regarding the WordPress website business plan,
    First, one of the included services in the business plan: is Live Chat support, is this service provided by Crisp?
    Second, if so what pricing plan(Crisp has 3 pricing plan in total: basic/Pro/Unlimited) does the WordPress business plan comes with?
    Third, if we would like to upgrade to a better plan for our live chat support can we be able to purchase the plan through WordPress? or do we need to use Crisp instead? and if we use Crisp to upgrade our plan how we connect back to our website from WordPress?

    Crisp is a separate company from WordPress.com. They offer an official plugin for WordPress that can be easily installed on any WordPress.com site running on a Business or eCommerce plan.
