  I am paying for the ability to get live support and I cannot find a way to access it! Is this it?

  I cannot seem to access my account, and I am on the premium account. I just signed up for it today, and when I go to my domain, it still says, “Coming soon!” I already confirmed my email address, but it is saying that I still need to do that. I am really frustrated with this!

  I can confirm you are logged in under the correct account (in order to post this question to our forums) so you should be able to access your site at https://wordpress.com/sites/

  Do you see the admin area for your site if you try that direct link?

  I just signed up for it today, and when I go to my domain, it still says, “Coming soon!”  I already confirmed my email address, but it is saying that I still need to do that.

  When a new domain is assigned, it can be a few hours until it is ready for use, but that does clear up after a few hours typically. I am able to see your WordPress.com site at hazeleyes.blog when I visit. Are you able to see it now too?

  Regarding the email confirmation, for domains specifically there is a separate confirmation step to confirm we have the correct contact information for your domain as well as for your general WordPress.com login. I can report that your domain has not yet been confirmed, so please check your inbox (I just sent a fresh confirmation email) and then you can open that message and click on the link inside.
