  I cannot find the Live Chat Support box on the lower right hand corner. It was available yesterday. :-)

  Hello! We’re experimenting with live chat still, so we don’t have Happiness Engineers available all the time yet. Its a goal, but for now when the box is gone, its because there are no HEs available to help you that way.
