Live chat support is dead?

Trying to figure out what’s wrong with my Jetpack (cannot find a button to “turn it off”) but also noticed that Can’t find any way to e-mail wordpress for help, or live chat (which I thought I had with business level) apparently dead? The Help propmt “support AI” has a dead link when it says “Click here to visit the Live Chat support page directly”.

I had a look at your site’s Jetpack connection, but everything seems to be fine. Are you still having issues? If so – what exactly happens (aside from not being able to contact support)? Are you seeing any error message? I’m hoping that it was just some temporary glitch that already went away but, if something is still going on, please share more details, and we’ll have another look. Thank you!

Thanks for looking. For some reason things with my site are worse now. It doesn’t even recognize my e-mail address as registered to the site. What is happening?

for some reason (email visible only to moderators and staff) – the account that I should be registered with, no longer exists? I’m trying to log in to wordpress.com with it to manage the domain, and I can no longer do so?
what is happening? How do I contact live chat for support?

It looks like that email address is the one associated with your @gipearls account indeed – you should already be logged in on WordPress.com using this address if you’re posting to the forums without any issues.
Are you able to visit your Purchases page at the link below, to manage your domain?
https://wordpress.com/me/purchasesThe screenshot you shared above looks like it’s the “local” login screen for your site, but not for WordPress.com. If your Secure Sign-On settings are inactive, then that’d be why you see this screen when trying to get to the WP Admin dashboard of your site.
