Live chat support not working

    Hi there

    I am managing several websites from my account, but live chat support is not working even on the sites where I have paid for a Business plan. Please can you help me to reinstate it?

    I am trying to resolve an issue about a payment plan on my http://www.meettheparents.info site. My manager forgot to update the payment details so it has reverted to a free plan. I want to upgrade it but the plans are showing in R$.

    I would appreciate a quick response as our site looks awful. Once I make the payment will the site resume as normal? WIll the coding be saved?

    Hi issinash,

    live chat support is not working even on the sites where I have paid for a Business plan.

    The Business plan for rescueourschools.co.uk owned by another user of the site — you will need to login as rescueourschools to start a chat for that site.

    Live chat is no longer available for meettheparents.info because this site is currently using the Free plan. Both the Business plan and the domain mapping upgrade were owned by meetparents, not your issinash account.

    Are you able to login as meetparents, then reply here and confirm which currency you would like to use instead? Once you’ve done so, I can make that change for you.

    Once I make the payment will the site resume as normal? WIll the coding be saved?

    Upgrading meetparents.wordpress.com to the Business plan means you will have access to the paid features you were previously using. Which coding are you referring to? For example, CSS.

    Thanks for your advice. I have logged in as Meettheparents and I have paid for business upgrade.
    How long will it take to refresh the site and make it look like before? Its still loading as a free site at the moment.

    Thanks for logging in. The Business plan has been successfully added to meettheparents.info and there is confirmation of this on your Manage Purchases page.

    How long will it take to refresh the site and make it look like before?
