LIve Chat Support Not Working

    Hi,

    24 hours ago the live support chat window stopped populating with my chat history. Is this a global service outage or specific to my account (Business Plan) or is the chat turned off deliberately for some reason?

    I’m trying to work out a potential security breach, so this is the worst possible time to lose live chat!

    I’ve reviewed your site and haven’t noticed any issues like that. I’m able to access live chat from the site.

    Are you still experiencing the issue? If not, it might have been a temporary problem at that time.
