Live chat Support not working

    Why no one is answering in Live Chat support? Is it only for advertising purpose

    Same problem here, ignored since Friday October the 11th 2024, no response the whole weekend, came back on Monday asking details I already provided on Friday, again dissapeared, today promised to solve the problem, they deleted all chat history. Bravo! Such an inferior customer service. I am just noting the amount of reports, assuming something had to happened in this department this weekend. Hope someone fix it.
