live chat unavailable right now

    why is the live chat button greyed out? it says ‘chat is unavailable right now’ but I have just got premium so I don’t understand

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Due to a recent spike in our support volume, the live chat availability was momentarily impacted, which led to the button being greyed out.

    It still shows as greyed out and unavailable now. I just checked. This was the primary reason I just upgraded my plan, to access this feature. what’s going on?

    @interzineblog, sorry about that. I do see chat available right now, but timing could be an issue since we’re still dealing with that spike.
