live chat widget(s)?

  hi, i’d like to suggest the option of adding a live chat to wp.com.

  you already know the benefits of 1-1 support at WP and i understand you use olark. there are some posts out there talking about meebo and gtalk badges; unfortunately both have been retired substituted by the new hangout button. the implementation of the html5 button would be elementary having access to the code, but perhaps you can develop a customisable widget to allow the end user to enter their g+ and start the chat?

  given that you use olark, and it seems to work quite well, why not extending this option to the community as well?
