  How can I set up live chat with my blog visitors? i.e a live chat box ‘how can I help’ that pops up at the bottom of the screen when someone visits my website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Tlk.io widget allows you to embed a web chat in your site.

  Thanks, this is interesting. But I am actually looking for a ‘one to one’ chat tool. i.e I want to be the only one to chat with a visitor, with no one else to be able to view the conversation.
  I saw Olark provides this type of service. Is it compatible with wordpress? Or is there any other possibility?
