  I dunno if this has been posted but FYI, if you want a live chat feature on your blog, go to coveritlive.com. It’s a free chat hosting site. It takes you through the steps step by step to add it to your blog.

  If it is put on your site via javascript, iframes, flash or any other way, it won’t be able to get on the site for security reasons. Some have found ways through HTML to do it like Google Chat, but I am not sure about the one you are referencing.

  it tells you instructions for using it on wordpress. basically instead of opening on your blog, readers would click on a link and it would take them to a new window with the chat.
