Live Communication with Support

Is there anyway to actually TALK to someone? Sometimes you don’t know the question you are trying to ask but in speaking with someone it can often clarify questions.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
I’d be happy to answer your questions right here in this thread. Bloggers are writers and publishers, hence, we they have no difficulties when it comes to reading comprehension and communication in written form. :)This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email.
Volunteers answer most questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.
Though some bloggers think their questions are unique and require Staff intervention it’s my experience based on answering over 72,000 support forum questions here for years longer since most Staff have been on staff is that just isn’t so. Seeing a question posted into a thread here that has never been asked before is a rare event indeed. Please just simply and clearly state exactly what you need help with please.

Is there a way to add a form to a wordpress blog? The form would be filled out by an interested party and emailed to me or is there another format for that?
-
Yes. See here for a customizable contact form http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
-
P.S. Some bloggers don’t realize they must log out after they create a contact form and clear their browser cache and cookies or they will see their own auto-filled login information in the contact form.
When someone makes a comment on your blog or uses the contact form, the next time they come to your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields.

Thank you for your help. I will play around with this. One question, though before I let you go. A brief read through the instructions says you can add the contact form to your posts or to a page. I need clarification on Page. Isn’t each post its own page?

Isn’t each post its own page?
The front page by default displays all published posts and when the title or comment link is clicked the post displays on it’s own page.
Posts and Pages are not the same at all.
