  I’m afraid that’s not strictly true. These forums are only for WordPress.com hosted sites and that site indicated above is hosted by GoDaddy. (although the OP does have an empty WordPress.com site with a “hello world” message)

  Your site appears to be self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  If you want to get live help you could get a WordPress.com site and the personal upgrade. That will get you live chat plus more!

  @chrispwired As I mentioned above @crpsnow already has a WordPress.com site (albeit an empty one). Upgrading that site may get him live chat support but only for that site not for his self-hosted one!

  Thanks for the input @themagicrobot. I should have suggested that @crpsnow could move the site to WordPress.com if live help is needed.
