Is there absolutely no way to install a widget for a live news feed on my WP.Com site, using a Javascript code?

I would be good with the RSS widget, but all I have so far is a Javascript code for a specific outside newsfeed. I’m wishing I knew of a way to install that widget with a code WP would accept, by somehow altering the code I have. I’m just not sure how that works, or if it’s even possible. I guess I could ask the source if they’re able to convert the code to an RSS code that’s compatible with WP.com? They seem to be at a loss, and they are a major multimedia player. Thanks, James.

https://www.newsmax.com, I’m guessing. Their url for their RSS feed network home page is https://www.newsmaxfeednetwork.com/AddWidget.aspx
