Live site not updating correctly

  I’m working on a site for a client, and they have the Elementor plugin, and I make all my changes through there. Now, when working on the page, everything looks great, and when I preview the page, everything looks like it’s supposed to. But when I log out and view the live site that way, all the formatting is wrong. I have cleared my chach several times at this point, recreated the blocks, and nothing is working.
