  I would like to have the ability to have a webcam video live streaming on my website using ADT. does WordPress support this?

  Perhaps you’d need to ask ADT. Here at WordPress.com all I’m aware of is

  I’m sure that to use any other service on WordPress.com would require a Business plan when plugins could be installed on your site.
