I’m having a heck of a time trying to get a blog going and can’t seem to get the answers I need on the website. It would be so helpful if I could speak with someone to have them walk me through the process. Any chance of that?

Sorry, we don’t provide phone support. We do have a chat room on IRC though. You can join #wordpress.com on irc.freenode.net with an IRC client.

Ask your questions here in the forum. That’s what it’s for. The best thing to do first is to give us a link to your blog so we can see how far you’ve got.

pdel, you should check out the speed at which some of the questions here on the forums get answered. If that is not “live” support, I don’t know what is..:)
If you have some specific questions, shoot! The volunteers are standing (or sitting) by and are glad to help.
