This forum is for blogs/sites hosted in WordPress.com.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum

The gopod news is that everyone answering questions here is a living human being. There isn’t zombified, living dead, cell phone addicted, nomophobiac that I’m aware of. lol :D
Speak up here please as there is no phone support. Only those with the Business Upgrade have live chat support.
