Live support needed, site has been down for 48 hours
-
Hi, I’ve had the Creator plan for some time and before I was able to connect with WordPress support through the chat, which for some reason has not been possible now.
I activated the Jetpack CRM plugin and my site crashed. Can access the dashboard but cant deactivate them and the backup doesn’t go through, it kicks me out before completing it. I have tried to access the plugin files manually, but it seems to be quite overwhelming, I’m not familiar with any of the terminology or programs. How could I delete the plugin or even deactivate it ?
Thank you.

Hi there!
While checking your site, I have noticed you’re using two caching plugins.
Please do not use any 3rd party caching plugins on your WordPress.com site since they are not compatible with our platform and can cause issues like the one you’ve experienced with the Jetpack CRM plugin.
WordPress.com uses built-in caching that works on the back end of your site.
