Live tutorial and consultation

  do you offer live tutorials and/or consultations? I am working for a large hospital and am hoping to put together CMS for all the educational materials for my new department. This will require server support and some bandwidth and links to content as well as social networking and authoring function. Would a rep be able to spend a little time talking with me about this> thanks
