  You can’t add flash to a WP.com blog. The kind of embeds we can have are very limited. See the FAQ for details:

  Can I add flash? video? Embed other media?

  If you can find the same video on one of the approved formats, you can add it using the instructions for that format in the FAQ. Virtually everything is on YouTube nowadays.

  you always have the option of signing up on the 3rd party
  site and leaving a link to the video site through your blog…

  Just link…a regular HTML link to the page on justin.tv where it is.

  There is, as far as I know, no way to post streaming video on WordPress.com. If your blog is not hosted on WP.com, of course, our answers won’t apply to you and you need to be in a different forum.
