    Need to get liveperson on my web site with you: problem is it my web sites are wordpress.com not .org

    The instructions sent to me by live person are .org. I don’t think they know the difference.

    The keep referring to a plugin which my wordpress site does not have: Do I need to upgrade to get the plugin? Thanks

    Do you mean you are trying to use the Liveperson plugin (linked below) on your WordPress.com site?

    If so, I’m afraid that won’t work. Even with the upgrade plans, plugins beyond the ones already built into your site aren’t allowed on WordPress.com for security reasons. You can read more about this and other differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in the article linked below:
