LMS Website Upload Limits

I need advice from others who have successfully set up a LMS website.
How do you get around file upload limits when each video ranges from 10 min – 1 hr.
I took a 30 minute video on my phone as a test and it was 4GB. All of the hosting options I’ve found have like around 100mb limit for each file upload.
Surely other people have found a good solution as LMS websites are popping up more and more.Thanks, I am a complete noob when it comes to this, trying to teach myself from scratch.

I would like to suggest you something off-topic here. The videos which we shoot from mobile cameras are actually uncompressed videos, that gives them a huge size, running into gigabytes for a couple of minutes of footage.
Conventionally, before uploading the mobile videos, people actually use video converter/compressor applications to encode the video into a desired format as well as shrinking their effective size, without compromising the video quality. If you try that out, your 30 min video should effectively be around 50-80 MB depending on the resolution.Hope this helps!
