load /install theme not in wp theme file

  I am trying to evaluate this theme for my illuminations site: http://wp-themes.com/lightword/worth%20a%20thousand%20words/ and have downloaded the folder however I can not get wordpress to open it.
  I am new to this, can you help.
  mylighttable.com is where I want to use it, I have wp Photography set up now.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
