Loading a big file

  I recently paid for a space upgrade but I can’t load a big file – 500mb – and I might have bigger I want to load too later … how do I solve this?

  Hi there – what type of file are you trying to upload? Uploading a large file has a lot to do with your internet connection speed – a slower connection can time out on a large file before it’s fully uploaded.
