LOADING A DOMAIN AND BEING CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME THING…I NEED A REFUND

  hello – how do I speak to a customer support officer? I am having a lot of trouble loading my personal domain and I think I have been charged twice on paypal for the same thing and its wrong.HELP!

  I am having a lot of trouble loading my personal domain

  I did a Whois lookup for kyliemansfield, and the nameservers are not pointing over to us here at WordPress.com. They are still the nameservers for Godaddy:

  Name Server: NS57.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
  Name Server: NS58.DOMAINCONTROL.COM

  You will need to log into your domain registrar and change the nameservers to the following:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  I think I have been charged twice on paypal for the same thing

  I checked your account and you only were charged $13 once for the domain mapping subscription.

  Regarding getting charge twice, do you see two $13 charges under your PayPal account?
