LOADING A PHOTO

  HELP! I’ve been a BlogSpot user for nearly 10 years and am contemplating a change to wordpress…however, I cannot figure out how to load a picture (or multiple pictures) to my blog on your site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In a post, put your cursor where you wish the image to be.

  Click ADD MEDIA.

  Upload the images there. Be sure and set the title and Alternative text to describe the image for the visually impaired, and set the size and alignment in the Attachment Details over on the right side of the Media Uploader screen.

  I highly recommend you choose ATTACHMENT as the LINK TO option. This allows you to put an image in smaller than the original. When the visitor clicks the link, they are taken to an attachment page featuring the larger view of the image in your WordPress Theme and adds the ability to comment on the image. Nice thing!
