Loading design tool – not working

  Loading design tool when tring to customize ‘ocean Mist’ theme. Really need to assign ‘Home’ page as my home page, and ‘News’ as blogs, in the menu. At present the website does not have a home page.

  Please advise. I have the same issue using, ipad app, ipad safari, iPhone app, and Firefox on iMac.

  Several users have complained about this, but you don’t really need the tool: it simply brings together various options that are already available via the main (left) sidebar of the dashboard. You set a static front page and a posts page in Settings > Reading.
