Loading Design Tools

  The customize page menu on the right side is not loading and says “loading design tools”
  I have cleared cookies and cache and used two different browsers AND the app on my phone. I’m still having issues. I wanted to change the default page from being the About. Before I had changed the home page option from static to the About page, this happened. Prior to that, I was able to access all of the customizable options from that sidebar. Everything in the support suggests to clear out the cache, but I did that and no change.
