"Loading design tools…" never loads them

    I purchased the $19.00 upgrade and now nothing works right. I chose a free custom design (tried Yoko, Twenty-ten, Eighties, Edin, and several others), but keep getting message “Loading design tools” but nothing ever gets loaded. I was doing better before I chose to customize.

    Hi guitaran,

    Have you tried using a different browser, or clearing your browser’s cache?

    Which browser are you using?
