Loading google adsense

  I am having trouble loading google adsense to my blog, I have two other friends that have wordpress as there blog host and have no problems loading adsense. I tried using “text” widget but had no luck. Please help.

  AdSense, Yahoo, Chitika, TextLinkAds, and other third-party advertising is not allowed here at WordPress.com. Are you sure that your friends have WordPress.com sites? Self-hosted WordPress sites that use the free software available at WordPress.org have no advertising limitations.
