Loading icon is all i see. Dashboard is never loaded. Not on dial up

    When I log in (and this has been going on for months) all I see is the loading icon in the middle of the page and I am never redirected to the dashboard. Before the new format I could access the dashboard by going to the icon under my name and going directly there but not now.
