Interesting, I can see that’s connected via Jetpack, whereas I couldn’t before.
I can see some mixed-content errors in the site, which looks to be a contributor as to why that’s not showing.
Generally, these can be caused by ads, as these come from a third party. I’m also seeing an error, stemming from
companion-bubble.js– are you using a plugin that sounds like it could be named in a similar way? -

We aren’t able to troubleshoot the plugins on the site since it isn’t hosted with us on WordPress.com. You can work with the current hosting provider if they provide WordPress support. Disabling the plugin that’s causing your conflict and removing it from the site should fix things up. Hi there,
A good way to test is by first disabling all of your plugins. To figure out which plugin is causing the issue, reactivate each plugin one at a time, and try to reproduce the error after each one that you activate. If you experience a problem after activating a particular plugin, you’ve likely found the culprit.
