“loading my sites” and “failed to retrieve plugins”

  I accidentally deleted some extensions from Chrome and I have no recollection of what they were. Now I realize one or more of them is critical for sites that I built on WordPress.com, many years ago.
  1) How can I retrieve deleted extensions?
  OR
  2) How can I figure out what plugins are needed for my WordPress.com site(s)?

  The sites are available online but nothing loads on the admin panel.

  Upon reflection, I don’t think these two things are related (deleted extensions and loss of plugins on WordPress.com). So I will rephrase my question: How can rectify the error message “failed to retrieve plugins”? where did they go and how can I get them back?
  (FWIW The deleted Chrome extensions were for Google Docs and CiscoWebex, hence why I think they are not related to WordPress.com)

  I see several sites under your account, but I’m not exactly sure where you have seen that message. Can you share the URL of the page you see the “failed to retrieve plugins”message? Is this an issue you have seen across multiple sites or only on specific ones. If so what is the URL of the affected site(s) so we can take a look?
