Loading purchased WorpressTheme

  I am in the process of trying to add a theme I purchased. However the tutorials say there should be an “add new” hyperlink beside the Caption “Themes” which doesn’t show up in my wp admins->Appearance->Themes page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
