Loading speed is not optimizing

  Hi I’ve a client’s website on Instagram stories and highlights. The clients want to add to enhance page loading speed of the website.

  I’ve optimized the JS and CSS using the WP Rocket plugin but still, the loading speed on the page speed insight remains low.

  What things other than that I should do to increase the speed?
