  I have already created an article for my blog as word file but I have also saved it as a pdf.
  I want to post it and I followed the procedures for providing a link
  However, what then showed in my blog is the link (which works) but I prefer to show the text directly
  and not impose on the reader to access the link – he is mich less likely t bother reading it

  Should be a simple answer but I am doing something wring

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. You could try Scribd to sort of “embed” the PDF into your post:

  There is no PDF or Word viewer built into wordpress that will display your files within the blog. You have to put the text into the post or page editor, and then publish that.

  On the lower row of toolbar icons is a “paste from Word” and a “paste as plain text” icon. Use those when pasting something in from another program or source. Never paste directly into the editor from Word or from the web or from other applications.
