Loading video to wordpress blog

  Something has changed. Loaded a video into my Picassa picture file.
  Works fine, can watch the video there. However, can not load the video into my blog, http://www.stampwithbee.com

  What has changed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
