Local time incorrect in stats page

  From the time I started my blog, my local time is incorrect in stats page – it’s always half an hr behind my actual time. I am in IST (GMT + 5:50) timezone and it is set corectly in my general settings page.
  Please let me know is there any other place I need to set the zone to get a correct time in stats.
