local time plugin

Hi there
I want a LOCAL TIME plugin because I am writing a travel blog for my friends and I want them to know what time it is at the place I currently am.
Do you know something like that? Unfortunately I dont have a plugin button on my dashboard so I can’t install https://wordpress.org/plugins/local-time-clock/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
