Localhost WordPress and wordpress on browser log in
-
I’ve installed wordpress on my laptop using Webmatrix. It says my website is published. When I try to log in wordpress on browser, it says user(name) does not exist. I have to remove the mojomarket page. I’ve used the same username and password when I built my website on wordpress localhost. I had to create an account just so I can post this problem. What should I do? I’ve purchased my own domain and I’ve contacted my host they said the website should be up and running. But all i see is the mojomarket page and it won’t let me log in to it using my wordpress localhost username and password. Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When I created this account, it says i need to pay for a customised domain. I already have a domain, i already purchased a domain from another host. I only want to know why can’t I log in to wordpress.com but I can log in to wordpress on localhost. All I need to do is make the website live.

Hi there,
For help with localhost installs or self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software you should head over to https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I just need to know why my website is saying “mojo market coming soon” when I type it on google. When I try to log in, it won’t let me. But I can access my dashboard on localhost. But there isn’t any option there to remove the “mojomarket coming soon page”

Hello again, we don’t run the same software here as standalone WP and so don’t have experience with running localhost installs. Your have a better chance of finding a solution to your problem by posting in the support forums for standalone WP where likely someone has this experience.
All the best.
