Locally hosting my blog?

  I’m creating a blog/online portfolio for a uni project and I need to hand in a hard copy on a CD as well as an online version. How do I put my blog onto my computer so I can put it on a CD for my tutors to access it? I tried to download the XAMPP lite thing but it wouldn’t install properly.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
