I just set up wordpress.org on my home computer using wamp. I was wondering how I can use the domain I bought from wordpress.com to use for wordpress.org.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is it http://aaronincolor.net ? You should able to. However, since the domain management system at wordpress.com is rather inflexible, I would transfer the domain to a different registrar first and then change the name servers and whatever else you need to use your wampserver from the new registrar’s interface.

Yeah it’s http://aaronincolor.net . What I can’t figure out is what I’m supposed to make the nameservers. I tried ns(x).localhost/wordpress, but it doesn’t work.

You can’t map it to your personal computer, and your home computer cannot operate as a server on the internet. Your internet service connection does not support that sort of thing.

WordPress needs to be installed on a web host server at an internet service provider such as dreamhost or godaddy.

The local installation thing is useful for doing development work on themes and plugins and such, but it cannot be used to serve a website.
